ORDERING + DELIVERY POLICY
The cost of your shipping is mainly dependent on the weight of the product, as well as the location to be sent to.
Stock Availability
We cannot guarantee that every title offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, a title may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any title which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing. We will inform you by email & remove off the title from your order.
Payment Options
We only accept VISA/mastercard via Paypal. All transactions will be charged in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Delivery Times
Delivery will commence the next business working day, upon confirmation of the order. Delivery time may vary from the below estimated time depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancelled despatches.
Change of Particulars
Any change of particulars (e.g. recipient's address, messages … etc.) must be made within 24 hours before delivery day. Please kindly email us at enquiry@signaturez.com.sg if you need to make any changes.
Cancellation of Order
No orders are allowed to cancel and no refund will be made. We can allow a change in merchandise or in vouchers format. Please kindly email us at enquiry@signaturez.com.sg or contact us at (65) 6741 1038 during our operating hours.

Customer information is not sold to or shared with any other parties without prior consent of our customers.
Our Delivery Guarantee and General Prices
We thank all our customers for their valuable support and we will aim to continuously achieve better customer satisfaction. With our delivery guarantee, you should receive your products within 5 working days (For local orders), and within 10 working days for overseas orders.
Separate guarantee applies for festive seasons like Christmas, Hari Raya, Lunar New Year, Deepavali and Valentine's Day.
